That is it exactly !
Sure trump is a sick evil human being, a destroyer but....

It is republicans who must be held accountable at some point, jailed, voted out, whatever it takes.
And the entire country MUST KNOW have that beaten into their heads.

Not, 'whew trump was just mentally ill so it wasn't his fault.'

Because THEN, everybody just goes back to sleep and the repubs continue to destroy,,,

What do you think the GOP would be doing?

Probably building a gallows in the middle of the Washington Mall, from which to hang her by the neck, in public, for all their little deplorable and yahoo and dim-bulb fans to savor.

What do you think the GOP would be doing if it was President Obama pulling all this shit?

Probably some version of the same idea.

But because it's THEIR guy, they're gonna build their own wall to protect him.

Not a Nixon, not anyone would get away with this totally deranged behavior. If we have a catastrophe, the blame will rest squarely with his enablers and Washington sycophants willing to scape and grovel to crazy.

The man is unfit, a danger to us all.

Politico raised it today too.
People should.put it everywhere.

If DT wants to avoid the humiliation, he could have a medical event of some sort, and his.phoney doc could recommend he take a year off. Then, he just doesn't return.

Although at this point, it would look worse for the GOP if he continued to bloviate his gibberish for a while longer. It's not enough to remove 45, we have to bring down the GOP.

I have to say

"Michael, you are soooo wrong as Congress, then, just like now, does not have the unilateral power to remove the president except in the case of impeachment".

Go and actually READ the 25th Amendment (particular Section 4) and ask yourself how can Congress act except in cases of impeachment.

Have we seen a physical crowd of reps on the capitol steps or in the rotunda - staging a sit (or stand)-in for us? Desperate times call for desperate measures. The god-offal corrosive meltdown that's eroding OUR federal manor is not going to be impeded by clever tweets or E-mails or late night show mockings.

We HIRE these reps, pay them - give them health care like we don't have access to, and then send them to DC to (supposedly) talk and deal for us. Don't they have to recite an oath too? Echo an oath to uphold the constitution and protect it against ALL threats - foreign and domestic? Where are those elected voices now? Democrats, Republican, Independent - they ALL HAVE TO KNOW we have a bogus leader in the Oval Office. Yet the clock keeps ticking away while the things we've taken for granted are trashed by this orange steam roller and his criminal crew.

We have Moore & Mahr & Rachel & Tom & numerous others who make a decent (or more) living by telling us how crazy our sleaze-ball leader is, but NO grand march of our reps to corner and confront those who COULD put a stop to all this in an instant. I physically can't go to DC and even if I did, I'd get laughed at IF anyone besides the Capitol police happend to notice some limping, yelling old jerk. But that's why I vote to select a spokesperson to be there for me. Even if my spokesdunce IS Devin Nunes, there's lots of others who supposedly would speak on my/our behalf.

Of course, my keystrokes here mean not one god-be-damned thing because I call for ALL reps - not just the ones "in charge" to stand up and take action. And that "ALL" word is a sad cover for the Dem side of the Aisle as well. And I'm breaking the rules of DU by doing that. Heh - and we lament the gridlock in congress. And so again, I ask: Where ARE our reps in DC? We're on the cusp of being decorum'd to death and all we get is "how shameful this all is".
