Only if it becomes one will it be part of the political discussion in 2018. If Internet providers go really slowly on it, it could well be the camel with his nose in the tent.

If so, then yes for sure.

If no, then probably still a minor one, but more from the point of cons mocking people by saying things like “Does your internet still work? Do you pay separate charges for email and social media? Is your ISP censoring your internet? No? But they went all over saying it would happen- don’t believe them on anything else either”.

I'm still not sure how far back the rules were rolled.

Are they rolled back to 1996?

Are they rolled back to 2010?

There will probably be legal cases....

Will there be targeted throttling of bit torrents?
Will there be targeted throttling of pornhub?

Bit torrents and sites like pornhub are the most likely to experience throttling. I personally don't use them.

My kids have used bit torrents in the past.
However, their use of bit torrents has been to get something for nothing. (Games, games, games, movies, movies etc)
