We now have reached a time when weaponizing federal funds, federal programs and legislation in a way that favors your supporters and punishes your adversaries. It will only get worse.

Puerto Rico is the best example of this new policy. The GOP is targeting certain groups with cuts based on their race and religious status. They want to give churches that are Christians federal funds to help THEIR members. They continue the memes that the Democrats are a party that favors minority and gives white tax money to slackers.
