http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/07/20/bashar-assad-photoshopped_n_1686620.html?ref=topbarThough another new photo showing Assad and Syria's new defense minister, also released Thursday, seems just questionable enough to raise eyebrows:
In this photo released by the Syrian official news agency SANA, Fahd Jassem al-Freij, Syria's new defense minister, left, is sworn in before Syrian President Bashar Assad, right, in Damascus, Syria, Thursday, July 19, 2012. (AP Photo/SANA)
If so, it probably wouldn't be the first time Syria has doctored official photos. Check out the slideshow below for pictures released by SANA, Syria's official state media, that seem to have enhanced Assad's image in some form or another.

(48 posts)They are really hitting the bottom of the barrel in terms of propaganda aren't they? Since NATO are murderers and have not a leg to stand on, I guess all of this is just frosting. They act as if no American politician has ever used photoshopped pictures in their campaign ads or press releases.
Americans and Brits are the pettiest propagandists on earth. Despising one's enemy is normal, but smearing an enemy in this manner sinking to new depths. In the past, even bitter enemies could give credit where credit was due, (for instance Saladin and Richard the Lionheart). Apparently modern Americans don't have that capacity in the slightest.

Like with Obama. All the various pictures taken in the Oval Office. One picture was taken in January 2009. Since then all the others have been that one picture, photoshopped in. And don't even get me started with all those pictures on AF1 that claim to be different days or even weeks.
And the way they added weight to Assad, changed his clothes, his posture, lighting ... They have masterful photoshop folk in Syria.
Someplace there must be a straw. Perhaps if he grasps enough he'll find it.
