Media criticizes Trump for retweet portraying CNN as blood on his shoe

Numerous journalists criticized a tweet that was retweeted by President Trump on Sunday on Christmas Eve showing what appears to be blood and the CNN logo on the bottom of the president's shoe, with the caption "Winning."

Journalists from multiple outlets spoke out against the meme on Twitter, which was originally tweeted from the username oregon4TRUMP.

ABC's chief political analyst Matthew Dowd asked Evangelical Christian supporters of the president if they approved of the tweet on the eve of the holiday celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.
