Question about inspector general's investigation.

Currently there is an inspector general's investigation of the Mueller probe. What kind of statements could they make. Would they make statements about things that would be unethical or illegal. Would they make broad statements about the whole investigation.

Mueller probe? I hadn't heard that, only heard that repubs were meeting in secret to udermine the FBI & CIA

Or is this theprobe regarding the handling of the Clinton email case by the FBI?
