Andrew is a Visalia native and first-generation American. Andrew returned home after law school and became a prosecutor for Fresno County, and is now running for Congress to continue serving the community. Andrew’s experience as a successful public prosecutor and deep ties to Fresno and Tulare Counties make him an ideal candidate to take on Devin Nunes for California's 22nd Congressional seat.
