What will it take to repeal this tax travesty

when the Dems take back the government?

Are we talking years or are there some conditions where it could be short lived?

Just for argument, that question also goes for everything else the GOP has thrust down our throats as well.

Barring being able to get some concessions during negotiations.

Some things can be overturned via executive order, but those are then subject to being just as easily changed back.
