Truth Social has very little revenue, very few advertisers, no profits to speak of, there are outages, and there are lawsuits. In order for it to trade publicly, it's merging with a SPAC - many SPACs are scams; the merged entity will have few prospects for profitability as the majority of people in the world will eschew it like the plague, and very few influencers are on it now. As soon as it's publicly listed, short sellers will descend upon it like locusts and depress the price. The offering valuation at the opening is pure puffery, not tied to any fundamentals, and as such, it wouldn't last, even without the shorts. If that's not enough, it's primary shareholder is 77, might face incarceration, and definitely has advancing cognitive decline.
I predict that IF it turns out that Truth Social somehow plays a role in Trump securing a bond, the mechanism underlying that, and what happens afterward or as a consequence, will be the subject of a future indictment and/or civil suit.

If you take a step back for just a second and look at the big picture, you really have to ask yourself what the GOP plan to win in 2024 is because:

• Republicans have practically no money

• the RNC no longer exists

• there's no party platform

• Biden's impeachment is dead

• their star witness is a foreign asset

• Biden has more money than any candidate ever

• Bidens poll numbers keep going up

• the economy has gone up and up

• Trump is underperforming the primary polls

• his assets are about to be seized

• he has a criminal trial in a month

• multiple state AGs could indict his 1/6 co-conspirators

• the GOP could lose their House majority before the election

• FOX can only harp on immigration

• they've run on immigration every year since 2016 and only won once

• even then, they lost the popular vote

• more swing states have Dem governors/state legislatures than in 2020

• fake elector plot wont work this time

• attacking the capitol won't work this time

What exactly could Trump and the GOP be planning to get into the White House because they're not planning on Trump getting more votes than Joe Biden.

1. Stand pat, hope the Supreme Court moves as fast as possible, rules against Trump, and leaves enough time for a trial

2. Indict all of Trump's co-conspirators, including members of Congress/fake electors/etc and put out a massive speaking indictment so the public has the truth before the election

Mitch McConnell stole Merrick Garland’s Supreme Court seat and then passed the accountability buck in Trump’s Jan 6th impeachment trial to the courts, where now Attorney General Merrick Garland has dragged his feet for so long that the Supreme Court he should have been sitting on, may have just taken enough time off the clock that Trump will never be held accountable for the crimes he committed on Jan 6th.

Perfect day for him to step down.
