Has Lawrence O'Donnell been dismissed from MSNBC?

I just saw him wading thru the crowd at the WHCD. He came down pretty hard on NBC, the people that pay him. He insisted they cut Trump loose. Evidently, they did not agree with Lawrence. By the way, Trump is mingling amongst the crowd, as is Chris Mathews. I don't expect them to have a civil discussion if their paths cross...
