Loser criminal of the week

This is your brain on meth: High, outside a cemetery, not wearing pants.

But you are wearing a G-string, socks and a hair scrunchie around your junk. Oh, an an Oakland Raiders jacket. Go Raiders.

Police in Lodi, Calif., reported the find over the weekend, TV station KCRA reports.

Police discovered the man standing outside a cemetery, carrying a flashlight and yelling in the dark.

The man turned out to be a parolee at large and was taken into custody.
