Facebook status - God, grant progressives the serenity to...
“God, grant progressives the serenity to accept the things Obama cannot change, the courage to help Obama change the things that he can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

4. yeah, the progressives are the problem, right?
Three wars, patriot act, tax cuts for the wealthy, *health reform* that does more to protect the insurance industry than the average citizen, bank reform written by Wall Street -- shall I keep going?

Yeah, it's the *progressives* that are the problem. :eyes:

Stockholm Syndrome goes well with *hope* and *Change we can believe in*.

11. You know I'm not sure about the existence of God, but I'm damn sure
a progressive president is imaginary.

14. IF I believed in a god I'd ask her to give President Obama the courage to stand up
to those who would take everything from the least among us. I'd also ask him to tell President Obama that it is wrong to force people to buy health insurance that they cannot afford so they can NOT use it because they can't afford to pay the copays and deductibles. I'd ask it to inform President Obama that the United States of America is not a theocracy where a god is expected to intervene in affairs that are clearly human. And, finally, I'd ask them (surely one god can't screw up a world this much by her/him/itself alone) to tell President Obama to instruct his constituents to QUIT PRAYING and get to work changing the way things are done.
