Wisconsin - Walker bill would end to cost/benefit analysis of outsourcing.

<snip>

Madison - Gov. Scott Walker's budget proposal would eliminate a law requiring state agencies to study the costs and benefits of outsourcing work.

That provision and others in the GOP governor's 2011-'13 budget drew questions from both Republicans and Democrats at a briefing Tuesday before the Legislature's budget-writing committee.

Current law says agencies must compare the costs of having private contractors do work costing more than $25,000 against what it would cost to have state workers do the job.

<end snip>

These thieves want to steal everything and want NO oversight except their own. We can fight back...

Vote Kloppenburg April 5th (or before, polls are open)

Sign the recall petition for the thug representing your district.

Sign a pledge to sign a recall for Scooter.

3. Isn't this the the final goal of Repub ideology? Wily-nily privatization of everything, anything?
What sucks is you know Walker didn't think this up. ALEC whispering in his ear again.

Walker is ideologically driven. This has nothing to do with the budget or cost-saving measures.

He's an errand boy.

6. i think the some republicans are starting to realize that...
walker could destroy their chances to be reelected and worse, he`s dictating them on how to do their job. after all a lot of those them were around before walker took over and they`ll be there after he`s gone.
