The Rapture Ready crowd is wonderfully giddy over Michelle Bachmann and Allen West in 2012!
http://rr-bb.com/showthread.php?158389-Michelle-Bachmann-She-is-in!

"West/Bachmann or Bachmann/West; either way they'd absolutely get my vote."

"Now this is one lady I could vote for!- She is classy and a sincere Christian."

"I want Allen West to run. If Obama has enough experience as a first term senator then a first time House member with a military career shouldn't have a problem. Plus he is a stand up Christian. I would vote for any ticket he was on."

"I'd like to see her as a Vice President because I think she'd compliment someone like Newt well (I personally think Newt is going to be a front runner - not necessarily that I like him). I definitely like her better than Palin."

"She is for drilling in ANWR. Just based on that I would vote for her."

"I agree, Allen West is the most qualified person I've seen in a long time."

"YOU BETCHA!!!! What a guy!!!! He impresses me so much that when I see him (on FOX) or hear him (on our conservative talk radio programs--Mark Levin, Dennis Praeger, etc.), I actually get goosebumps!!!" (followed by picture of Allen West)

"Unfortunately by the time 2013 rolls around it's not going to matter anymore who gets the nod IMNSVHO.
But if I had to choose, it would be Herman Cain with either Alan West, John Bolton, or maybe even MB as the VP."

1. "(A) first time House member with a military career "
Yeah, a first time House member with a military career....that ended in him being forced to resign under threat of court martial for having shot a gun next to the head of an unarmed prisoner (which ultimately resulted in no actionable intelligence whatsoever.)

So much is left unsaid by these folks.

2. They actually think the majority of the country will support those fuckwads?
I mean, I could see Mittens or Jeb Bush winning, but the only way these assholes could win would be if they gunned down any and all competitors

3. Hey, Allen West carries.
And likes to shoot his gun.
(But he don't know what it means...)

7. I wouldn't doubt it's crossed their minds..
There are enough of those idiots out there who probably sincerely believe in 'Second Amendment remedies' if things don't go their way.

Hard to fathom it, but insane ideology trumps common sense more often than not. Peter King should be looking into more than just the Muslims.

10. I believe they think the majority of the country is like them.
You have to understand, most of these people live in clusters. I know there are a few scattered about where they're not the majority. Yet for the most part they flock together and feed each others delusions.

12. If they smear the Dem candidate effectively, and the timing is right, anything is possible
They have shown that if they can figuratively "gun down" the competition, they can win. Just look at the crazies elected in Wisconsin- all it took was a few million in Koch money... they fight dirty, they lie, and it works. This new crop of criminally insane governors just might be able to deliver their states to someone that would make Bush look attractive. I can't even imagine how fast this country would collapse under teapublican rule.

19. No. Incorrect. The millions are a factor, but other States were
attacked with piles of money and laughed at at, elected Democrats, and that was that. So that is also a fact. To declare 'they cheat and it works' is just daft. Jerry Brown is the Governor of CA, not Mega Bucks Whitman. Kitzhaber is Governor of Oregon, not Chris 'no questions just commercials' Dudley. And so on.
So not every voter falls for the lamest, oldest tricks in the book. Apparently some do. Some don't.

4. Our outgoing mayor, a congress person back in the day, Lois Frankel,
is going to try and unseat West. She is tough, a true Dem and I volunteered last week for her campaign.

11. That's what their billboard said in
Midtown Atlanta. Until it was replaced by a sign for some sewer service.

16. Yeah, I could envision Whackmann as POTUS
First order of business for her newly installed administration would of course be a "deep and thorough" investigation and inevitable purge through "impeachment"..heh!! of allegedly "anti-American" members of Congress, of course only being those of whom that have the letter "D" next to their names. Then she would next probably invoke/implement Martial Law, in order to round up all US citizens who are traitorous/treasonous domestic terrorists, being those who are entitlement/tax-sucking, unemployed and atheists, as well as non-practicing or non-Dominionist/Fundamentalist Christians for arrest and imprisonment being detained w/o the right to an attorney or preliminary arraignments, within empty FEMA facilities scattered throughout the US, and the likely millions of overflow being sent to hastily-constructed tent-prisons, for an indefinite period of time, or until all are judged guilty, being mass-convicted and sentenced to death.
