9. I'm hoping these are the last desperate acts of a desperate party.
Doing as much as they possibly can because they know they won't be in power again for a long long time. But then again, they shouldn't be in power now after what * did to the country so what do I know.

13. Exactly, I think they know
That there time is very limited now and are trying to do as much as they can, especially those States where the Republicans also control the house. Poll numbers are ridiculously low for them and on top of that they don't even have a strong Presidential candidate.

3. Somewhere this must be illegal.
I've never seen such a coordinated effort, one that hasn't originated with it's implementers, to do so much so quickly. These guys are like thieves in the night or a hit squad. Clearly none of what is being rammed through by the r's at the state level isn't part of a master plan. Isn't there a law anywhere that forbids so much coordination in state governments? What about RICO? I mean, the level of detail these plans go into is shocking. Down to changing apprentice laws in WI?

8. This is a master plan.
Their evil corporate-owned planners knew that the repubs could not control the Federal government for awhile. The Democrats have the White House, the Senate, and possibly the courts. Obama will almost certainly be reelected. So they decided to concentrate on state government for awhile. Do as much damage as possible, and make the guys who come after them work like hell to clean up the mess.

6. Full-court press? Hmm...sounds like desperation time.
Watch the NCAA basketball games tonight. Teams that aren't used to executing pressure defense won't do so, unless they're behind late in the game, and are starting to get desperate. You'll notice the team that is comfortably ahead will simply drop back and play conventional defense.

11. I've noticed a big uptick in the number of trolls defending them, too.
They've been spamming comment sections and message board everywhere. I'm even seeing more LTEs and other comments in my already right-wing local fish wrap. Granted, this is South Carolina, and our Governor and Lt. Governor are being exposed as grossly corrupt--after being in office only two months. LOTS of defending going on.

15. I'm afraid it will take many many years to fix what these idiots have done in a few short months
They're obviously have a unified, nationwide strategy - probably orchestrated by the Kochs and Karl Rove. Some of these horrible decisions will never be reversed, once they sell off public hospitals, public roads and bridges, public water systems, THEY'RE GONE.
