In defense of labor and government, 2011...

At this moment, most Republican elected officials all over the country, officials that had their offices literally bought for them by wealthy private enterprises and wealthy individuals, are attempting to implement, or are implementing, policies designed to destroy the power of working people, labor unions, and democratic government.

Their aim is to eventually privatize almost everything for their owners (see Koch Brothers) so that they can make more profit for themselves at our expense, without fear of the people and democratic government having the power to regulate them and prevent them from causing harm in their never ending quest for more and more profit.

To "make government so small that you can drown it in a bathtub".

Ironically, this phenomenon is only possible right now because We, you and me, the People, OUR GOVERNMENT loaned the banks the money that allowed them to survive.

The greedy, dishonest banksters, the self-described "masters of the universe", relied on our collective cash to keep them in existence after they, through the incompetence and greed of their nasty private enterprise little selves, are in return biting the hand that fed them and kept them alive. As are other wealthy private enterprises that our cash so generously allowed to remain in existence.

Fact: The money that saved the banks, and their ungrateful RW Chamber of Commerce minions, came from the fruit of the labor of us, the generous American workers. Our tax money. Our government.

Through their incompetence, they came very close to destroying America and plunging it into chaos.

We have absolutely no reason to trust them with any power over us whatsoever.

Indisputable Fact: If OUR GOVERNMENT had been not there to save them, they would not be here trying to kill labor and institute government of, by, and for, private enterprise.

You know what? Fuck them.

We know for sure that they are incompetent, greedy, and never act in our interests. We know that they are gaining power by buying Republicans into office in order to use them to implement policy designed to crush us economically, take away our rights, and ultimately destroy any semblance of democracy in the US once and for all.

They are our enemy, the adversary, by far the greatest threat that our nation has ever faced.

They are engaged in a deadly full scale attack on us at this very moment, and we must prepare to begin defending ourselves
immediately.

It's either us or them. We must unite in solidarity against them with singular purpose: to eliminate any control that they have over our government and our lives. It really has come down to this.

They are actively and indisputably harming us, harming our neighbors, our friends, our families, our planet.

We must make an enthusiatic unified, concerted effort to vote all Republicans out of office. Use surgical strikes and boycotts used to destroy RW companies financially. Use non-cooperation and civil disobedience when necessary.

Our greatest weapon is a dedicated unified front. If we don't go to work, if we don't buy their products, we can destroy them and end this threat to our lives, our liberty, and our pursuit of happiness.

Recent events, particularly those in Wisconsin but in other states as well, are indicators the time for unified action is here. This is about as serious as it gets, brothers and sisters.

Imminent threat. Clear and present danger.

Resistance will be uncomfortable, and will take dedication, planning, time, effort, and sacrifice. But when we succeed, the fruits of our efforts will be enormous, priceless blessings and gifts to ourselves, to all future generations, to the planet itself.

Liberty. Prosperity. Democracy. Self-determination. Etc.

We have the power. Believe it.
