Culling through the voter rolls. What's the next move for Republican dirty tricks?

I thought of two potential areas where Republicans could screen through their voter lists, removing Democrats, or getting ready to abuse the system.

1) Jury Duty. When they call you for jury duty, if you can't show up you have to give them a reason in order to be excused. If you're not in town they want you to tell them where you'll be for the next year. Though it sounds like a good idea, in these distrustful times, what if they're intentionally singling out the Dems?

2) Homeless registrations.Though I applaud the move to give the homeless a voice, has anyone figured out yet how we can be sure the Republicans won't abuse the system? How difficult can it be for them to get the names and use the votes through the absentee ballot system?
