but it is a just a nice term for bombing the shit out of infrastructure and whatever is next to it.

We aren't a referee in Libya. We are either trying to make the rebels "win" ASAP or we are insuring a stalemate like the Iran/Iraq war of 1980-1988 (too early to tell).
