The difference between Democrats and Republicans is astounding. Republicans are terrible at managing our money

It's no wonder the Banksters love Republicans so much.

The interest we pay on our National Debt alone far exceeds 1/3 of the money we pay to Social Security recipients.

Mandatory spending:
$644 billion - Social Security
$260 billion - Interest on National Debt

2. I've never understood why this is not aired more. The R's have consistently
been horrible at money management, yet somehow the democrats get blamed.

4. So the Republican answer is to give tax cuts to the rick...
while cutting social security and defunding health care. That is call compassionate conservatism :)

7. welcome to DU, I love catching someone on their first post
and it should be clear to everyone by now that the way to solve the deficit created by tax cuts for the rich is by passing more tax cuts for the rich.

:sarcasm:

What was that definition of insanity again? Something about expecting a different result......

6. (D)s should agree to cuts to pay off our part of the debt if (R)s agree to tax increases
on the rich to pay off their part of the debt

Yep, I'm dreaming but wouldn't you love to hear the debates over that one?
