6. These are stressful times. Try to cut everybody a little slack....
... just say "hi, how are you".


Life is hard; people are suffering and their jobs, if they have them, are usually getting worse, not better. I try to make a special point to NOT be an extra hassle for someone but TO brighten their days a little.

They deserve it.
