Thom Hartmann is streaming on FreeSpeech.org since its Ustream channel is off
Free Speech TV, the satellite network that televises the Hartmann radio program, streams Hartmann online too I just found out. I tried watching Ustream, but the thomhartmann channel was offline, so I clicked over to the Free Speech TV site and found that they live stream the network online (not just Hartmann I guess).

The advantage of the Free Speech TV feed of Hartmann is that commercial breaks usually have "Thom Hartmann on the news" segments and clips of his RT television program and in the 2nd and 3rd hours bonus commentary and yes live calls.

By the way, in hour 3 of today's show (2PM Eastern) Thom rumbles with Mark Meckler of the Tea Party Patriots about the Wisconsin recall movement.
