"The Panic Virus" is an incredible look at how the anti-vaccine movement developed and grew

First came on my radar from one of my favorite blogs "Bad Astronomy" http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/badastronomy/

Anyway, I picked it up a few days ago, and it is an extremely in-depth look at the movement, the culpability of the media and the reasons people were so willing to believe.

It is a new release and in hardcover. That said, it is well worth checking out.
