Translating from what I just saw. Fukushima #3

The Fukushima explosion was due to water condensing outside of the reaction vessel and collecting.

The roof blew off because of this. Other roofs MAY blow off for same reason.

But the reaction vessel itself are all okay and they now have water covering all rods and they are cooling.

Max level of radiation they recorded was 1557 Ms, but one hour ago, it was down to 180 Ms.
