Practical question: how do they remove those ships/boats that are miles inland?
Some of those are HUGE vessels that have never been out of water except when they were being constructed.

Is there even equipment available to get those ships back to the water?

1. Carefully. Some will be cut up, others maybe moved with haul-out machinery
First they have to clear the debris, etc. It is just quite something.

My curiosity doesn't occur prioritized

Or chainsaws and dumpsters.

10. That would certainly be convenient.
If the boat happened to settle in or near a channel.

Looks like they were scattered everywhere. what a mess!

7. Heavy equipment, some will be cut in place and taken out
that way... smaller boats, on the back of flat trucks

And it is not an iinane question. They are actually blocking access roads. For the moment I figure they will use heavy lift to push them out of the way

9. Extremely large vessels will probably be deconstructed.
Piece by piece. There's no other way to move large ships when they are so many miles inland.

Smaller ships and boats can be removed with cranes and large trailers.
