14. It's an anti-repeal cartoon.
The cartoonist is Republican to the extreme. I've seen his garbage published for years. This isn't the first bit of homophobic swill he's published either.

For the record, the cartoon actually amused me more than angered me. This guy is a pitiful bigot who's still stuck in the 60s.
