WI Wingnuts can't find a place to eat! LOL
Edited on Thu Mar-03-11 03:23 PM by maxrandb
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2683127/posts

I know I shouldn't troll over there, but this is just...as Tony the Tiger says...GRRRRRREAT!

- "The union thugs are hard at work in or own county. They threatened Ninos, where SLC and AFP had planned on holding their event today. The owner received so many calls including threats to shut their business down, that she canceled our event. AFP is working on a new venue. As soon as I get the information, I will let you know.
I hope this inspires EVERYONE to come today. The union thugs have gone too far!!!"

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It appears that Americans for Prosperity (read Koch funded astroturf group) and some group call Sheboygen Liberty Coalition were planning on having a "show of support" for Scott Walker at a steakhouse called Ninos. The restaurant got so many complaints that they declined to host them. Then they tried a place called Luigis, but they got so many complaints that they declined to host them.

I guess as of now, they are trying a 3RD place called Blue Harbour. Wouldn't it be a shame if that place got massive complaints as well...Come on WI people...you know what to do

Finally, I think Democrats, Progressives and Liberals are learning to play a little hardball.

We should turn these Wingnuts into Sal Tessio in "The Godfather"...;"Forgive me Godfather, but with you gone, there won't be one place in Brooklyn where I can hang my hat"

26. Nope
Lived in Madison almost my entire life (the other three years were in Milwaukee) and I've never seen one. First time I ever saw a Chik-Fil-A was when I went down to Virginia.

2. Tell them to brown bag it.
At least they still have something to eat. If Walker has his way, many people will have to choose between food and rent.

Keep trolling. Then all the restaurants can be warned about what kind of people are coming. They can choose to decline or not decline the business.

23. Imagine if they invited Rand Paul to speak at this "lunch"...
who is on record for saying that private restaurants should have the right to discriminate and not serve African Americans in a way to try and find a way to defuse the use of the Commerce clause to eliminate discrimination by the private sector.

Perhaps the Republicans will claim discrimination against them? Laugh in their face and say that Rand Paul says they have the rights to do so! And of course we all know that Republicans have more power to control how they think and legislate against others than African Americans had with their skin color!

52. They are both stupid and insane
This is just too bizarre. He completely fucks up the quote and seems to not notice he is defending unions:
When Hitler attacked the Jews I was not a Jew, therefore, I was not concerned. And when Hitler attacked the Catholics, I was not a Catholic, and therefore, I was not concerned. And when Hitler attacked the unions and the industrialists, I was not a member of the unions and I was not concerned. Then Hitler attacked me and the Protestant church - and there was nobody left to be concerned. Pastor Martin Niemoller

And of course they love to brag about being such good shots. And prepared every time they go out the door? Prepared for what? These people are afraid of everything!
We held a town hall meeting with our state representative and our state senator last Thursday night, and a few of the union thugs showed up with plans to disrupt. One of them recognized me and knew my line of work, and correctly assumed that I was there to make sure nothing happened. (I was there at the request of the state representative - she knows of my ability to place a 165 grain bullet in a very small moving target while I myself am moving.) The worst that happened was one big 40 watter (as in a 40 watt bulb in a 100 watt world, not very bright) got a little vocal, but not enough to cause concern.

While I am glad that things have stayed reasonably calm so far, I will remain vigilant. Tonight, for the Tea Party meeting, I will be properly prepared just as I am every time I go out the door.

And from the organizer of this event in Sheboygan. Posting this makes her nervous? Huh?

Thanks for your help. I was so nervous even trying to post this.
