Well, here's one anti-poverty program they haven't tried -- yet.

Just saw this story about Vlad the Impaler on the History Channel. He invited the poor, widows, and other unfortunates of his realm to a dinner at one of his smaller castles. When they were all inside, he had the doors locked and the place set on fire, thus eliminating poverty.

I certainly hope the current crop of Repugs doesn't hear this story and get ideas. :eyes:
