Must-See: Video of former Congressman Dave Obey being denied access to WI Capitol
This has been posted in the Political Videos forum, so I'm just going to post the link to that topic here (in case others had missed it, as I had; I found the YouTube link on Twitter and was going to post it when I discovered it had already been posted):

This is stunning video. Obey was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly for 6 years before his 42 years as a US Representative from Wisconsin, and he couldn't get into the Capitol.

Walker should be in jail for defying the court order.

3. Who was the idiot "news" guy?
He kept asking why Congressman Obey wanted in and what he wanted to do in the Capitol. WTH does it matter? He, like every other citizen of the state, has the right according to the Wisconsin Constitution AND a court order to enter the building! I'd like to know what channel he works for.

4. One of the dem legislators in the vid asked Obey to go down to the Court
and tell the Judge that his order is not being adhered to by Walker, and Obey said he would.
Looking forward to what happens tomorrow!

6. So little Nixon-Walker is keeping people out of the
capitol in defiance of a court order?

And he is fining the senate Democrats $100.00 a day for every day they miss work?

Fines should be levied against Walker, the head of the Department of Administration, and Daddy Fitzgerald, the head of the state patrol. Fine them $100.00 per day for every day the capitol's access is restricted. They can balance their budget in a big hurry.

I wish someone would go before a judge and request that fine.
