Protest at Farwell and Gray in Downtown EC TODAY at 5:14 p.m.

The UWEC faculty union (AFT local 6481) are planning a protest starting this afternoon and each and every work day thereafter. Please pass on the information below as you see fit.

Who: Everyone who opposes the Walker agenda

What: Rally for Public Employees

Where: Downtown City Parking Lot at the Corner of Farwell and Gray

When: 5:14 p.m. every work day, beginning Tuesday, March 1. We'll start at 14 minutes after the hour to thank our 14 Wisconsin Senators who were forced to leave the state.

Why: For solidarity, support and education.

3. We had over 100 people turn out in Sonoma on Saturday.

In a town with a pop of less than 9K, we had a rally in front of the courthouse. I quit counting at 100.

All this in a pretty conservative, agrarian (wine and weed) town.
