So was Roger Ailes indicted yesterday?
Edited on Tue Mar-01-11 12:51 PM by grasswire
I can't find an update. And I can't find that thread discussing the whole Judith Regan Roger Ailes situation where he asked her to lie under oath about Bernard Kerik to protect Giuliani, but she taped him.

1. Nope.
Neither were any of the bankster criminals arrested. Some are even located in the WH while Obama and Holder protect them from prosecution.

4. Here is an update on that rumor. It is just a rumor. We have seen that kind of rumor on DU before.
Just because it is rumored does not make it true. And it is mostly just the Business Insider that is reporting this. So we will have to wait and see whether this story becomes more than a rumor.

NEWS CORP'S WEAK STATEMENT ON ROGER AILES: Judith Regan's New Story Is That Roger Ailes Did Not Tell Her To Lie

Now that there's a rumor going around that FOX boss Roger Ailes is going to be indicted for telling underling Judith Regan to lie to federal investigators, it makes sense to take a closer look at what News Corp. has said about the matter.

When the New York Times broke the story last week that Judith Regan had accused Ailes of this--and had a recording of the telephone call to prove it--News Corp. did not deny that it was Ailes on the tape.
Instead, News Corp said the following:

he spokeswoman, Teri Everett, said News Corporation had a letter from Ms. Regan “stating that Mr. Ailes did not intend to influence her with respect to a government investigation.” Ms. Everett added, “The matter is closed.”

6. Cool, the next time I commit a felony, I'll just write a letter explaining that I didn't do it.
Awesome!
