Twitter is a chat forum, and is not sourced. There is going to be bogus and/or incorrect information out there.

How many times do we say to posters who start a thread about something to put the "linkie" in?

"sigint" - Are you referring to Signal Interrupt, an assembly language command or "Signal Intelligence" which is something that probably is not allowed outside of the military and intelligence community.

I don't use hide thread or ignore, because I don't want to actually miss something, and yes, you have some of the most interesting and thought provocative threads on DU. Don't stop. Thanks.

when the vote by a certain group of republicans in the floor lasted all of fifteen seconds. Since many of those tweets came from people you might respect, if you see them in front of a camera with heavy makeup, As I said, if it bothers you so much use the hide thread, I am going to use the ignore on you I am done trying to explain this to you.

And if you think the vaunted, SOURCED media is telling you the story... good luck with that delusion. They are telling you as much as the Chicago Trib was actually reporting about that small riot at the Haymarket, for example. And they did not have the twitter then, they had the labor press.
