Michael Grzybowicz, of Cocoa Beach Fla., has been held without bail in the Brevard County Jail since Saturday.
Michael Grzybowicz, of Cocoa Beach Fla., has been held without bail in the Brevard County Jail since Saturday.

A family trip to SeaWorld turned into a nightmare for two parents after a man allegedly raped their 2-year-old daughter and saved pictures of the horrific crime on his cell phone, authorities said Friday.

Michael Grzybowicz, of Cocoa Beach Fla., has been held without bail in the Brevard County Jail since Saturday.

The 26-year-old allegedly molested the child Feb. 17 while her parents were on a ride. He had gone to the Orlando amusement park with the family, and the little girl's mother had asked him to watch the child, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.

It is not clear how the parents know Grzybowicz.

The crime was discovered after photographs of the alleged rape were found on the suspect's phone. He had e-mailed the photos to his personal Yahoo account.

6. Amen
I am still against the DP. Not because I feel bad for the murdering scumfuck, its the rate of error with cops and when they 'salt the scene.'

I do feel bad for the family of the murderer scumfuck. In many cases they didn't do any harm. Let it be known Jeffery Dahmer's parents were loving, caring parents. Some folks are just sick.

30. I used to bartend for off duty prison guards.
They hated the way some of the creeps in "Protected Custody," smirked and joked about their little victims.
Then they would bitch about missing a shower privilege.

And, no one wants to admit to journalists that they might have jumped to a conclusion.

Sure, not this case. But, it can happen. It's not as though our press has never been interested in sensationalizing stories.

4. Hmm...how did the parents know this man? That's a very interesting
question. I can't imagine leaving a 2-year-old with anyone so I could take a "ride" at an amusement park. Nope. If the child can't go on the ride, neither would I. It's that simple. Actually, I've never really understood why anyone would take a 2-year-old to an amusement park in the first place. The ones I've seen there were clearly not enjoying their visit.

Apparently, the parents were acquainted with this man. I've got to wonder how well acquainted, though.

8. When I was a kid here in Philly,
a family left their child in the care of a teenage boy, and when they came home, there were pieces of this poor child all over the house. So when I came of age, needless to say, there were NO babysitting jobs for adolescent males no way no how where I lived. I can see that reasoning...sick sick sick...

32. He may be related to them, even.
Molesters can be deep undercover in the family for a long, long time. You could be very well acquainted with a molester yourself and have no idea whatsoever.

If convicted, he should be forced to suffer every remaining moment given to him in this lifetime.

23. I don't understand how this is physically possible.
I read stories like this in my home state (Hell, in my county) and I wonder "How?".
I mean, to get something that large into something that small?
Alright, that was gross.
I apologize.
OK, the deed was done, but how?
I guess I don't want to know.

27. Criminal statutes relating to these types of crimes typically define a variety of acts

And not just one in particular.

The statutes normally are along the lines of physical contact between anything from column A and column B.

34. As if this couldn't happen at any Sea World?
The place was incidental and makes no difference to the horrific nature of the crime. It could just have easily been at a WalMart, the Taj Mahal, or during Munich's Oktoberfest.

31. This story doesn't add up...I know a lot of facts weren't know to the reporter, but
1. Exactly who found the photos on the cell phone and contacted the police?

2. What's his relationship with the parents? He has to be more than a casual acquaintance to be trusted with a two-year-old, right? And does anyone else think a grown man going to an amusement park with an unrelated family is kind of weird?

3. I haven't been to SeaWorld since the mid-80s, but if it's like other amusement parks, then every square foot is being watched on video... How did he do this in what I'm assuming is broad daylight and in a crowded park with no witnesses?

36. I thought the same thing:
who found the photos in his Yahoo account?

But a grown man accompanying a family to an amusement park? As someone who only goes to amusement parks with friends who also happen to be parents, I don't find that odd at all. Sometimes whole groups of us go, some singletons and some family units. It's called friendship and community. Except in rare freakazoid perv cases, like the OP.
