I'm not a big picture person, but felt like this deserved some sort of documentation.

4. Awesome!
We had a couple of haters at our rally in Tallahassee. I heard one of them say, "they're all being paid to be here." What planet are these people from?

6. ha! ha! Yes - we had some who said "we're tired of paying for it"
I'm not sure what "it" was - garbage pick-up? public schools? sex?

13. They are struggling to deal with the fact that they are vastly outnumbered
in these rallies - and they've been dependent upon the media declaring that only THEY represent "working people" and the "taxpayers" through all of their teabagger rallies over the last year. Suddenly, they are faced with far larger numbers in opposition to their policies - everywhere. And they can't cope with it. So naturally, they are going to claim that people were "paid" to attend, even though I thought the Americans for Corporate Prosperity was paying for THEM to be there.

One of the stories that I don't see the MSM reporting on is the huge outpouring of assistance coming from around the world and all the states...people donating money for food and supplies and water for the protesters in Wisconsin. That is an amazing phenomenon - and something that is definitely more than newsworthy. That sure as hell wasn't happening for the teabagger rallies last year. It amazes me that the MSM will NOT report on those contributions - which are, in my opinion, a staggering display of support from people all over the world. Instead, the media struggles to find a way to spin this as an "equal" rally - and they think they have fooled us. Every time I post on a news network story, I keep reminding them - and other commenters - that the networks didn't say a word about this issue for THREE SOLID DAYS.

15. We have to keep demonstrating and speaking up
The Tea Party is a small group of big mouths with a big megaphone. But there are more of us.

20. Hey! How did you know they had a megaphone with them on that corner?
lol!

But I totally agree. We can't rest now. A good tweet - Sheet Metal Workers, "America would like to thank Scott Walker for waking a sleeping giant-our labor movement! #p2 #wiunion #solidarity."

28. I thought it was a pretty decent number for this state.
Also, the video below was shot before we got there and it looks like there were 2 groups that had left by the time I took pictures. They were wearing yellow and green shirts.

I didn't realize it was the Sheet Workers who crashed that meeting! They're awesome!

9. It seems fitting here - since it's the birthplace of MLK
and I must say, the crowd was much more diverse than the one across the street.

17. Communism is best defined by their favorite corporate state-run Fixed News whose
propaganda provides them with their talking points.

27. Thanks for posting this!
We got there kind of late and it seems like the folks in the yellow and green shirts (fulton county gov't workers?) must have already gone.

How many do you think were there?
