Your contributions on Fridays are always a welcome sight. Though I am not even close to up for the challenge I follow and am amazed at the breadth of knowledge here at DU.

4. DUers have been fabulous! Often they recount where they first encountered
an image. I cannot tell you how many times I see comments about art that has stayed with them over the years and how much it means to them. My (unscientific) conclusion is that we have a very knowledgeable demographic and one that appreciates the role that art has played in their lives. It's very nice to experience and I get a lot out of it!
