I mean, if you think about it, these tea baggers are cheering the demise of their kids' education.

Blows my mind.

They would sooner give their kids minds to the Koch brothers.

The blind support of all that is not labeled liberal.

Their kids educations. Matters not. Crazy.

1. I am encouraged by the ratios though
their presence in this has been really small.

Minds, cognitive dissonance and not being majority must be taking root in at least a few of these guys and a few gals.

2. Teachers should go on strike.
Nationwide.

Shut ALL the schools down and make the Teabaggers home school. They'll have to take time off from work and everything.

Matter of fact, all Government employees ought to strike. Let's see law enforcement try and get them all. Go ahead and replace them with the military. Wait, Obama's in charge of that... he won't let it happen. Plus they're all off in Afghanistan! Whoops!

4. Oh Goddess no!
The last thing we need is more kids exposed to only their parents backwards conservative views by being home schooled -- that's the biggest benefit of public education, is exposing children to a diversity of views, not just the jaded religious perspective of their parents.

7. Never fear
When those Tea Baggers find they can't send their kids off to school and someone needs to stay home to educate them, they'll scream and beg for teachers to get back to work... and they'll lay off of them, too. But I'd rather all Government workers go on strike. Just to show the anti-Government types how much they can't get along without them.

They want to blame everything on public servants? Great. Do without them and see how long the baggers last.

5. They are old fogies who don't like paying school taxes...
They may believe in religious education or they may have taken advantage of public education but they think, "Hey, I don't have kids in school, why should I pay to educate other people's kids?" These are the same people who are collecting Social Security and riding around on their Medicare paid for Hoveround electric wheelchair and screaming about government and taxes.

6. It would be a more significant response if the corporate press
did it's job correctly, but their primary concern is promoting the corporatocracy.

9. K&R - I still have not seen any coverage in the TV news about the rallies today...
Snow in San Francisco got the headline...
Union busting, rallies all around the US in support of unions and workers, shooting threat to Obama...none of that is important to the MSM...
