My girlfriend's letter to Rep. Franklin of Georgia
For those who aren't aware, Georgia is considering a bill that not only outlaws all forms of abortion for all reasons; it also makes human-involved miscarriage a Capital crime, and requires any woman who has a miscarriage to report it to the authorities, so that an investigation can be launched if deemed necessary. My girlfriend sent this to the author of the bill.

******

I would just like to say how much I support your decision to propose the bill HB1, which if enacted into law, would finally have the women of Georgia treated like the cold-blooded murderers they are. The scope of this terrible problem is even bigger than you know.

Did you know that any time a sexually active woman has what seems to be a menstrual period, she could, in actual fact, be miscarrying one of Georgia's precious zygote-citizens? Thus, in order to comply with the letter of this law, every woman in Georgia would have to report to the county every time she has a period, in order to investigate a possible fetal death. Can you just imagine the number of jobs this will create? Why, you'd have to create a whole new wing of the police force to have every woman of reproductive age interrogated once a month for a possible fetal homicide. No more letting those sluts off the hook anymore, no sir!

Kudos for accomplishing what every other conservative can only dream of: a government so small it can crawl right up inside every woman's vagina. Although, to be fair, as a southern gentleman, you really ought to buy them dinner first.

Sincerely,

1. K&R!
And what about male masturbation? Wet dreams?

Every sperm is sacred, you know. Monty Python sang about it so it must be true. :D

2. Excellent. These reich-wing fools are all tools.
Their obsession with abortion is based, in great part, on their stubborn subscription to the Adam Smith theory that the only true engine of economic growth is an expanding population.

So 18th century, where most of these morans belong.

5. Have her enclose her used tampon or sanitary napkin
I'm sure Rep. Franklin will appreciate the opportunity to do some firsthand zygote sleuthing.

Does that fall under "hazardous substances"?

20. No, it's true
They do want limited government.

They want no limits on the elite, the few, the rich, their friends.

The rest of us must be limited BY the government.

&&&&&&&&&

The OP is one fine read.

18. Great job
As a citizen of the Peach State I'm continually horrified by what the morons in the legislature are trying to pull. This is even more backward than they usually are.

That idiot is my Rep.
I think we should all stage a protest at his office with crime tape around our hips.
