A question about the 50% plus one in a democracy?

If one side wins the majority but were extremely deceitful in the process, is their majority any less legitimate than the side that won fair and square? Everybody, and I mean everybody, knows they were and are dishonest and deceitful.

3. That is why we need 40 parties llike France so that everyone gets

equal representation. This country use to have more than two parties that were strong. That is a big part of the problem. Imagine if many other things in life only had two choices.

but who's good and who's evil. At least thats what it about to me. Evil people should never ever be aloud in power yet they keep gaining power throughout history.
