If Corporations can, why not Unions?
NONE of these anti-Union laws will hold up in court.

1. Unions are not *people* like corporations
Unions are non-living impersonal collectives that are driven relentlessly to squeeze out higher & higher wages at the expense of any other goals and any other interested parties. They have none of the warm human qualities of a corporate board.

They aren't accessible and available for personal relationships like a charismatic corporate CEO.

Normal people can't identify with unions as they do with corporations. A corporation - you can imagine having a beer with those folks. A union on the other hand secludes itself from ordinary mortals behind heavy street level security in mazes of cold, sterile hallways and numberless offices atop mirror windowed towers vanishing in dazzling sunlight and swirling clouds.

I think you have to assume any jury will be ill-disposed towards unions.
