I know this doctor. Her life has been basically underground for many years now. She is one of the bravest women I have ever met. I was thrilled she was finally willing to tell her story. This is just a bit of it and it is just horrific. Her family was stalked by Phill Kline and suffered personal and financial consequences. But she continued to provide abortions - so women in Kansas would have access to the legal health care they are entitled to.

She now lives in a very rural (and very red) area and is very protective of her family's privacy. It was a HUGE deal for her to come forward and talk about her experiences. She deserves a medal.
