For those worrying about the guy impersonating David Koch
in the phone call...there are over 600 David Kochs in the United States. Don't believe he said which one he was.

2. How about recording the conversation? Legal or not.?
In Massachusetts both parties have to be aware of the recording. Just wondering.

4. I'm not a lawyer but I don't think there's a problem here.
He didn't do it in order to defame Koch or materially defraud anyone. Radio jocks do this kind of thing all the time with no apparent legal problems.
