5. And the days
are going to get longer. Amazing how it works that way. I am having to force myself out of hybernation mode just to get things done. I'm sure there are some genetic memories deep within my DNA that are telling me to lay low, cover myself with bear skins and stay in the cave.

7. We get an awesome total lunar eclipse too. First time it
has fallen on the winter solstice since Galileo's time in the 1600's. :)
