Similarities between Scott Brown and Boehner...both very self absorbed.
Edited on Sun Feb-20-11 07:22 PM by Peregrine Took
Totally lacking in empathy for others.

He took advantage of the CETA program back in the '70's but gave Leslie Stahl a very cold look when she asked him how he could turn down such programs for poor people today.

Like Boehner, he could only feel sorry for himself and what happened in his background but can't or won't relate to people's similar problems that are going on right now.

I liked the way he said that Obama's talk didn't affect him at all but implied that Obama DID listen to HIM.

2. There's your republicon type for sure -- hypocrite snob who won't listen
to either facts or to other people.

Brownie gets his 'socialist' help then wants to crap on everyone else who might need a little help.

Ptooooooey on Republicon Family Pharisee Values...

3. It seems to me that there are so many of them in political life these days.
If I named them all (Dems included) you would think I was crazy. They are drawn to public life like flies to honey. Scary.

Obama is one of the few who is not on my list.

Same as using the pickup when he ran for office.

An athletic white guy with a common northern European name? Yeah, the cards are really stacked against people like that. :eyes:
