Republicans must be giddy
Their plan is/has been working to perfection. First once in Power spend spend spend on Republican favored projects such as war and oil production. Bring America to it's knees so when or if a Democrat ever takes Charge they are forced into ,not only not funding their projects, such as American infrastructure, but ito slashing funding to the bone.. Every single thing Republicans want to cut is something Democrats love..Democrats are now Forced into cutting those cherished programs while maintaining (or increasing) every Republican Program.. What more could Republicans want? They have succeeded in stopping any and all Democratic initiatives. They pretty much have won the battle without Democrats even putting up a fight. Change we can believe in for sure.

1. Depressing, isn't it?
I'm not sure if it's more depressing that it's happening, or that there are so many Democratic voters not only willing to go along with it but actively cheering it on simply because it's happening under a Democratic president and mostly Democratic Congress.

Hell, forget not putting up a fight.....it's galling how much we're lending a hand.

4. When one side's strategy is based on outright lies and the other side's isn't
then the lying side will always win. (And our side's leaders aren't allowed to call their side's leaders liars, either.)
