14. =)
ah, ic... we are all Egyptians :bounce:

my co-worker and I couldn't get much work done the past couple of weeks while we were intently following the events of the revolution in Egypt... I had on Al Jazeera English, and he had on the Arabic version, when one of our signals started lagging we would share our headphones... our colleges thought we were listening to music or sports - lol

we agreed on Thursday, right after Mubarak's speech, that the stage was being set for the military to ride in as knights in shining armour.

Friday, we were certainly happy that Mubarak steeped down, but were definitely not pleased to hear that the military would be taking over.

Hopefully, are fears will prove to be unfounded in the end... as I have heard you say, 'this is not over, yet'.

13. Depends on what you mean by "popular Democratic" ...
If that means ... "Destroy Israel" and "the US is the Devil", than no.

There was "popular support" for Slavery prior to the civil war.

What the Administration will "support" will depend on what form the new government takes. Nothing new.
