Some compromises to make with right-wing causes

Watching this Cenk commentary "Crazy Abortion Bills In 5 States - Which Is The Worst?" I began to think about this idea about compromises to right-wing causes.

Anti-abortion bills (targeting women) should also come with anti-masturbation amendments (targeting men, erhm maybe women who knows). Because if you know how the human body works you know that diddling can PREVENT life can't it? (I also posted this comment in another form on the youtube video.)

State legislatures that ban gay marriage should also ban divorce and institute a maximum 7 year age difference between marrying partners. (How's that, Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich? )

Banning the citation of sharia law in courts should also mean no Ten Commandments displays in courtrooms. Or advocacy of religion in public schools (school prayer, creationism classes, etc.) Or anything the Christian Right is whining for.

Drug tests should be required for "corporate welfare" and upper-income tax cuts if conservatives want drug tests for poor people's welfare or unemployment insurance.

Any other liberal shotbacks to conservative causes?

1. It's a tough sell

If you're going to ban gay marriage, you should ban ALL single-sex activities, including gym showers and sports bars.

Drug tests are useless until ALL mood-altering drugs are equally illegal (this means alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, food coloring, sugar, prescription mood-altering drugs of all kinds, from aspirin to antipsychotics, muscle relaxants to viagra, antidepressants to Ritalin).

Total welfare expenditure should be set exactly equal to aggregate CEO/CFO pay, including all fringe benefits.

Any guns of whatever sort are legal, as long as they shoot in both directions at once.

Anyone is free to not pay taxes, but not paying taxes means you don't get public benefits (you can't use public roads, have to collect your own rainwater and solar power, no pollution (sewer, byproducts of fire, CO2 from breathing) can leave your property, external pollution is dumped on non-taxpayers property instead of all over town, the military won't protect you personally from the invading Canadian hordes, you can't receive any signals over public airwaves, from GPS to satellite TV, etc.)
