For all wondering when Americans will stand up, here's something y'all can get involved in

Rising Tide will be hosting, "A Day To End Extraction" on April 20th, the anniversary of BP's corporate terrorism against the residents and wildlife of the Gulf of Mexico. All over the country, various corporate sites that have a hand in raping the Earth will be occupied in non-violent civil disobedience. If you are able to attend or help out in any way, please do so. If you are able to be arrested, this will be a great opportunity to take a stand for what you believe in and for future generations. If you are not able to be arrested, then you can still help out in a supporting role. Arrestees will need support from people on the outside.

Let's take a page from the brave people of Egypt, and use this opportunity to put our words into action. I myself will be attending and will be getting arrested. My hope is that there will be many others that join me. It's time to send these corporate thugs and rapists packing! For more info check out:
