Where's the Cenk Yuger show?
It's not even in the primetime lineup at MSNBC and Tweety is on now.

1. I just can't watch him anyway
I leave the tv off except for the daily show and the weather channel now that KO is gone.

2. Breaking news - letting Tweety do it...
...although Cenk could handle it.

4. Egypt Coverage.
It looks like MSNBC is going with a total coverage of the crisis in Egypt -- just keeping Matthews as the anchor for probably three hours.

By the way, I sure hope Cenk gets the old 'Countdown' hour -- it was made for a guy like him. Sorry to say, but O'Donnell is just too dry for the dinnertime news hour.

7. Matthews announced that Rachel Maddow will be joining him for his next broadcast
two hours later, I think.

15. I wish too they would give him KO's spot
O'Donnell is just not right for that time, he's just too bland.

16. I love Cenk, I love his energy
I would rather see him than three hours of Matthews.

10. I liked Cenk a lot more when he was just a Young Turk.
He's really not ready for prime time and he looks a bit weird in a suit and tie.
IMO.

18. I agree he doesn't seem ready for a full TV program, he stumbles and doesn't 'command' or
'own' his space. It also might just be me but his attitude, perhaps due to his inexperience doing such a program makes him look odd, stuff like fake laughing, sighing etc that comes off poorly etc. When others do that sort of thing, IE Ed, it is believable or at least doesn't look so forced.

I liked most of his work on YT, he did do some of the things I think make him look bad there too but much less so. I think if he either got smoother through experience or stopped 'trying so hard' he'd be better.

12. His show is not really a permanent fixture.. he's filling air time
and when major events happen & they go live, he gets preempted..just as most of Ratigan's show got bumped.

Matthews is the "star", so he takes over. A month ago it would have been Keith, with some input from Tweety

17. .. and it looks like his show doesn't even have a name.
Is MSNBC waiting for Cenk to come up with something?

13. Tweety is just irritating when he asks dumb questions.
I think Cenk would have done a better job and he's more in tune with what's going on in the ME.

14. Who better to explore the Mid east? A 1st generation Turkish host,
or a northeast WASP?

WASP of course!
