I need help compiling all the cuts to mental health services that the GOP is proposing in FL

Allow me to explain: My cousin is severely schizophrenic and my family has been fighting with the mental health programs in the state of FL for years now in an attempt to grant him some semblance of a "normal" existence. This has been an uphill battle as he has extreme paranoia and also drug issues, and FL doesn't have the best track record with the mentally ill even before Rick Scott. My aunt and mother, who do the majority of the arrangements for him, do not follow politics and when I attempt to explain just what havoc the republicans are about to bring down on the mentally ill, I am often met with cries of "prove it", as they were raised in the 50s and in a staunchly republican household (Grandpa would be turning over in his grave if he knew me now). My family, were they to actually be confronted with evidence, would be very vocal about the proposed cuts, however they have a tendency to disregard things I tell them unless I can confront them with hard evidence. I would greatly appreciate links to news stories, videos, any information available to present to these family members who still believe that the GOP has the best interest of the mentally ill in mind.
