No wonder the ratings are down.

2. Really doesn't seem you're paying much attention.
Milbank on a 'joke' bit, eh? Recognize :sarcasm: much?

That wasn't funny.

Ugh.

4. I haven't watched MSNBC since they canned KO............
Does it look like it's a Comcast thing? Are they being muzzled?

5. It's a Lawrence thing.
He's turning his show into a sort of celebrity insider interview thing.

Not fresh. Just recycled DC insiders. Snoozeworthy.

6. He had a Princeton professor on...that is a celebrity?
Melissa Harris-Perry, who is often on Rachel's show to discuss racial issues.

He had a good story about an abortion clinic that is having problems with protestors.

I wish they would get Eliot Spitzer on MSNBC. He is brilliant.
Kathleen parker admitted she couldn't argue with him on their show.

7. I like Melissa, but she's an MSNBC regular and appears often.
That's nothing unusual.

It's bringing in the USUAL DC crowd that annoys me. Can't you see that on any other TV/cable opinion show?

9. C'mon. Didn't KO always have the same people?!
For the longest time, he had the same Milbank, night, after night, after night. And Fineman, and Richard Wolfe. What are you talking about? The mythology is turning into a fairy tale!

MSNBC is doing ok, IMO. The network appears to be finally putting money into their news lineup. I watch MSNBC coverage of the events in Egypt last Sunday while working out and was reasonably impressed, the network had fresh coverage and analysis.

8. It's been hard to get into it.
I'm familiar with O'Donnell's work and I've generally liked him but so far he hasn't been able to draw me in every night the way Olberman could.
