IRS form 1099 question

I have a CD and a money market account at an "online only" bank. I have not received a 1099 from them yet, and it's now February 3. Are they late with a 1099 for me or am I mistaken ? Thanks for your time.

The payroll company for my employer makes our annual W-2's available for download through their web site.

6. by law they have certain date to get the 1099 to you

but I am unsure if that specific date has changed, I read somewhere that due to some changes in tax law forms would be late.
Have you got other 1099's from elsewhere?
I would google "1099 form deadline date 2011"

10. They have until Jan 31 to mail the 1099.

Depending on where they mailed the form from it could be anywhere from 3-7 business days before you get it.

But I'd blame the new Republican majority in the House. It's the simplest explanation, makes the most sense, and damn if it doesn't turn out to be right a lot of the time. Snow across the Midwest and Eastern Seaboard? Boehner. Freezing temperatures in the South? I'd lay that at Cantor's doorstep. Patriots not in the Super Bowl? Clearly because of the existence of Virginia Foxx.
